Guevara Cardenas + Partners was born with a different name in 2006, being called ARINDICO S.A, a company founded by Architect Harold Guevara and Civil Engineer Esteban Roldan. It started with very small projects, remodeling and extensions. For 2010, the partners decided to close the company, so in 2011 it reopened with the name of STUDIO HG. Subsequently, in 2015 it was renamed Guevara Cardenas + Partners.
From the beginning the fundamental idea was to work under project environments carried out in 3 dimensions, so over time more and more experience in the management of BIM software in services such as Architecture and Electromechanical Engineering was acquired, adding Ing. Civil and structural, allowing complete projects for clients with specific needs.
Due to the development of projects under three-dimensional environments, in 2014 it is taken as an initiative to start a specialization in the matter, generating Certifications in Autodesk Revit MEP to conclude with a Certification in BIM Management CM-BIM given by the association of general contractors of the United States in the year 2018.
